Biter

Well, it's official. I have a biter. Atleast one anyway. Kami has a bite mark on her back, and Luke has two bite marks on his chest and two on his hand. Guess who is bite mark free? Yep. Gavin. Not a single one. I didn't see him bite anybody, but I have a feeling it's him. Our conversation went a little something like this:

Me: Gavin, did you bite your brother?
Gavin: No. Daddy.
Me: Daddy did not bite Luke. Daddy isn't even here.
Gavin: Mi. (aka Kami)
Me: Kami bit Luke?
Gavin: Uh huh.
Me: Well, who bit Kami?
Gavin: Daddy.
Me: Daddy didn't bite Kami or Luke. Who did?
Gavin lowers his head and starts to cry.

So, I'm pretty sure Gavin is biting and I need to catch him to stop it. Any ideas on how to stop it once I catch him?

If I only knew that answer I would be so happy! My little Stormie is a biter and I mean a BITER! She bites all her friends, us and anyone she can sink her teeth into. I have tried spanking, time out and I even have bit her back. Nothing has worked to make her stop! So when you find out how to make it stop please let me know ha ha! I have been trying to figure that out for months!
Good luck to you!

All I can say is good luck!!!
no advice here...luckily neither one of mine were biters, but they have been the victims of biters.

First off let me say that the "conversation" with you and your two year old cracked me up! Gavin is too funny! Fortunately Baylee has never been a biter. She bit me just once and hasn't since. She has however been the target for a few biters at daycare. One even made her bleed! Thankfully Baylee hasn't picked that up! Good luck!

I wish you well. Your cousin (Nathan) was a biter and I never found any solution to stop it. I tried everything including biting him back and it did not work. He finally just out-grew it I guess:)
